Ministries

Women Ministries extends hospitality for support and growth of others.  This includes fellowship activities, serving weddings, funerals and special events, promoting spiritual growth and reaching out in friendship and in need.

Senior High Youth Group

Youth Group fellowship is for grades 9-12, and meets on Sunday evenings from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. The meetings usually involve game time, devotions with prayer, and relationship building. We believe it is important for young people to communicate about their life experiences in a faith-based environment.

Trailblazers

Trailblazers is our after-school church program for Grades K-5. The program is held at Westside Covenant Church on Thursdays from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM, and includes songs, snack time, Bible stories, games, crafts and more!

NOTE: Enrollment in the Trailblazers program is required.

B.L.E.S.S.

B.L.E.S.S. is a model recommended by our church that can help in day-to-day ministry. The acronym stands for:

 

  • Begin with Prayer - Turn to God

  • Listen with Care - Begin with listening rather than talking

  • Eat Together - Share meals together

  • Serve with Love - Jesus' ministry was characterized by service to others

  • Share Your Story - Bless others by sharing the story of Jesus' work in your life.
